Jan Logan started doing upholstery work in 1980 at Prim Trim Upholstery, cleaning up just to pay his way through college. Jan discovered that he loved working with his hands and decided to become a professional for the upholstery trade. It took many years for Jan to learn just the basics but he wanted to become the best in the field. Jan realized he would be learning the upholstery profession for the rest of his life. In 1986, Jan was the first employee hired to work for Hattie at Hattie’s Upholstery. Jan became the professional he wanted to be years later while working with Hattie. Jan’s dream is to teach the trade of upholstery. Jan spent almost a lifetime of learning the upholstery profession. Jan would like to share and pass on his knowledge and skills teaching the upholstery trade. In 2003, his brother (Angielo) and his sister (V’Lisa) opened Cover Time Upholstery, Inc.
